Rich Zen provides event entertainment, production, and related services, which may include but are not limited to event planning support, entertainment curation, music services, live performances, sound and lighting design, technical production, and on-site execution.

Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual proposals, contracts, or invoices agreed upon by both parties.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only once a written agreement is executed and any required deposit is received.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion if contractual terms are not met.

Prices for services are provided in advance through proposals or agreements. Pricing may vary based on event scope, location, duration, and requirements.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Final payment must be completed prior to or on the event date
• Late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

Client-initiated cancellations or rescheduling must be submitted in writing.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees

Specific cancellation terms may be detailed in individual contracts.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete event information
• Ensure venue access, permits, and compliance with local regulations
• Provide safe working conditions for personnel and equipment
• Obtain any necessary licenses (including music performance licenses, if required)

Rich Zen is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Any changes to agreed services must be approved in writing. Changes may result in additional fees and are subject to availability and feasibility.

All content, materials, concepts, branding, and creative elements developed by Rich Zen remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without prior written consent.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Rich Zen reserves the right to capture and use photos, videos, and recordings from events for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Clients may opt out of this use by providing written notice prior to the event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Rich Zen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services
• We are not responsible for third-party vendors not directly contracted by us

Rich Zen shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disputes, power outages, or venue closures.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rich Zen from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Client negligence or misconduct
• Venue conditions
• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations

We may coordinate or recommend third-party vendors. Rich Zen is not responsible for the performance, actions, or omissions of third-party providers unless expressly contracted under our agreement.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with website functionality

We reserve the right to restrict access to our website at any time.

We reserve the right to terminate services or access to the website if these Terms are violated, without liability or obligation to refund.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Rich Zen operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or legal proceedings in the applicable jurisdiction.
